It’s obvious that test on 70% of rated voltage is more accurate and more reliable . Because it is nearer to actual case . But , some manufacturers don’t have testing equipment for 70% of voltage . On the other hand test with 100% of rated voltage is not recommended and may jeopardize health and life of generator .
