i want to know how do u calculate the ohmic resistance value of ngr for transformer protection,say if i do provide u primary seconday voltage ,current of transformer.

Please refer to basic conseption and application of grounding systems in reference documents such as IEEE665 ,IEEE142 and BS 7430 , also you can refer to Machine Riddle No.5 and Grounding Riddle No.7 for some design criteria consideration.
