Yes certainly; because difference phase angle between two phases in three phase system is related to phase sequence (120 degree or 240 degree in symmetrical system), therefore you must care the phase sequence in primary side when an expected difference phase angle is required in secondary side. For example you can connect two transformers with difference vector group in parallel if you chose suitable connection or correct phase sequence in primary side. As illustrated in following diagram we can parallel two transformers with various vector groups if the suitable connection is selected.
