Could some one ps help me in determining 'Mechanical Heating vs Equivalent input power'.

Our requirement is – We are heating up a warehouse of 5272.2 Sq ft. Per calculations it needs 19.92KW of heating. (Peak winter temp is zero deg centigrade/ 32 F). (Every HVAC equipment technical specifications catalogue shows different values for mechanical heating in BTUh and input heating power in KW). When the specified BTUh value is converted to KW it is almost twice the value of the specified input heating power.

So, I was wondering if there is any standard formula for converting Mechanical Heating in KW to Equivalent input power in KW.
